EzyTeams is hiring for Assistant Admin – U.S. Client Support on a remote basis. Company: EzyTeams. Role: Assistant Admin – U.S. Client Support. Location: Remote (Islamabad – E/11 based). Type: Full-Time | Night Shift (U.S. Hours). Experience: Prior experience supporting U.S. clients (mandatory). Key Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks. Manage emails, calendars, scheduling, and follow-ups. Prepare reports, documents, and perform data entry. Coordinate with U.S. clients, vendors, and internal teams. Maintain organized records and documentation. Support operations and management with ongoing tasks. Requirements or Skills: Previous hands-on experience working with U.S. clients (mandatory). Strong English communication skills (written and verbal). Proven experience in an administrative or assistant role. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
